United eSystems, Inc. is an electronic payment services provider which offers Automated Clearing House ("ACH"), Check 21, credit
card merchant processing, and other services related to electronic payments. United provides the processing of all check services,
while all sales and marketing is provided by Netcom PaySystem, a Division of United eSystems.

We have been in the ACH services business since 1998 and entered the credit card services business through the acquisition
in 2008 of our wholly owned subsidiary Netcom Data Southern Corp, now marketing under Netcom PaySystem, which has provided
such services since 1987. Netcom PaySystem provides support and manages relationships with all of our independent sales representatives
and retail customers. These products are all owned by United eSystems.
